Follow the sun with ProAir!

Dear customers, Dear business partners,

even if the summer has already gone into overtime, outdoor pools were still open and the first taste of pumpkin soup was hard to swallow at 25 degrees, one thing can no longer be denied: Autumn is approaching rapidly! Sure. It also has beautiful aspects. But it's even nicer when you're woken by the sun in an otherwise gloomy season and allowed to experience an exciting company event in Southern Europe or even at another end of world!

Not only the event planners of big companies and incentive agencies, but private clients as well rely on our expertise. No matter whether it's on the Canaries, to southern Italy, Malta or Male: We have the right aircraft for you.

And our colleagues from the Cargo department also look forward to exciting OBC (On-Board-Courier) flights! Best to where it's warm! Speaking of OBC: We are often asked by our customers what an OBC, a Flight Rider or IFE (in-flight entertainment) is. We would like to inform you about that in the coming issues of our newsletter.

We look forward to your inquiries and orders and wish you a nice autumn!

Your ProAir team
20 years: You fly. We care!

Bundesliga, Europa & Champions League

And once again it's time for Europe's top leagues to knock the ball into the box, or as described by Germany's legendary postwar coach, Sepp Herberger: "The round thing has go into the square thing!" However, the teams and their attendants have to get on the plane first. Best, of course, with ProAir. Because we bring the players, fans, managers & VIPs to the most famous stadiums of our continent.

With a selection of planes that leaves nothing to be desired. Namely, small executive jets, for example, to make that football transfer just perfect. Or mid-size jets with 30-50 seats for the entire team, including support staff. And, of course, everything from an Airbus A320 to a Boeing B747 for the fans. All the while making sure that airports are open at night, that passengers are picked up at the tarmac and much more are just some of the benefits you can enjoy from a ProAir charter. Even for all types of sport, not just when it comes to European football.

VIP passengers - with Bentley in the air

Our colleague, Sven Kartes, had the honor of flying for our customer, Bentley Frankfurt, to Crewe and the main production plant of the exclusive car brand in Cheshire county.

He, of course, personally looked after the well-being of the eight passengers of the Citation Jet CJ4 - as is to be expected for ProAir's VIP passengers.

The first leg of the trip was from Egelsbach to Hawarden Airport in Wales. Then onwards to the factory tour of Bentley in Crewe. While visiting the production halls, one or the other passenger could witness the assembly of the luxury car he had ordered and then look forward to cruising in it soon himself. Almost as comfortable as in a ProAir Citation.

ProAir Cargo - Pickups for Kabul

The mission for our ProAir Cargo crew was everything but ordinary even for our "old hands":

18 partially armored vehicles were to be flown to Afghanistan. Start in Hahn. Destination: Kabul.

Our colleagues from the Frankfurt ProAir office were naturally at hand for their customers 24/7 even for this transport. From the preparation of the tender to loading in Hahn up to unloading in Kabul, both the pickups and the customer were thus in best - because experienced - possible hands.

With this experience even in exceptional cases, we will find the most suitable plane for you as well. Wherever you have to go.

When can we go into action for you?

Our little charter lexicon

We would like to present some of the technical terms of our business in our new category. You may know some of these already. Others we would like to explain.

today: Flight Rider [ˈfla͜it|raɪdə], noun.

The Flight Rider is your local contact on the day of the flight. He coordinates all the necessary steps with the customer and the airport staff before the airport check-in counters open. His duties also include monitoring possible feeder flights and closely coordinating with participant management in case of case additional or non-traveling guests. He also assists at check-in. He communicates the counter numbers as well as the flight times. Even before the passengers, he boards the plane, talks to the crew, checks catering, the correct position of the head-rest covers, the cleanliness on board and baggage handling as well.

Even during the flight, the Flight Rider is available for any questions by the guests at all times. Upon arrival, unloading of the luggage is monitored and, if necessary, he assists with Lost & Found services. Not until all the passengers are holding their bags and suitcases in their hands and have said that it was a good flight, is the job of the Flight Rider considered done. Until next departure.

ProAir Travel Consulting:
Event-cooperation with Gulf Air and RitzCarlton hotels in Cologne
Presentation of destinations Bahrain and United Arab Emirates

On September 8 a special evening event took place in Colognes highest event location “Up Cologne” to present and promote the Middle East regions Bahrain, Dubai and Abu Dhabi in a stylish atmosphere. This event for was prepared and organised in close cooperation with Gulf Air, our airline partner for Middle East and the RitzCarlton hotels. Invited guests were planners and buyers from MICE and travel agencies.

In small groups, the guests went from table to table to get detailed information from each participating partner. This kind of „marketplace“-concept created a pleasant and personal atmosphere with lot of space for interesting conversations.

Our DMC-partner 4Corners Events from Dubai came with their CEO and Marketing-Director directly from Dubai to join this event and to present new highlights and hot spots of the destination. Gulf Air presented the team from their Frankfurt office, their flight routes, their airplane fleet and reservation system. Directly from Bahrain the responsible sales directors of RitzCarlton Bahrain came to join this event and presenting their luxury hotel, same like the local DMC Algosaibi Travel.

The guests enjoyed a very nice evening in a wonderful and relaxed atmosphere with a sensational view over Cologne and a tasty international buffet. They all got new ideas and inspiration for extraordinary programs and activities in the Middle East region.

Highlight of the evening was the raffle of 2 x 2 Gulf Air tickets from Frankfurt to Bahrain and two hotel-vouchers of RitzCarlton Bahrain. Additionally 1 x 2 Gulf Air tickets Frankfurt – Dubai plus two nights at RitzCarlton Dubai Jumeirah and two nights in Abu Dhabi’s luxury hotel Emirates Palace.

We will gladly introduce you to Dubai and Bahrain in person. If you want, our other wonderful destinations as well of course.

We look forward to you! Call us:
